34. Summer is Over

So after I came back from Madrid and Finland I wasn't able to post new material since I had only a couple of days left before I flew to Germany with a scholarship. I was in Germany for twenty days without much time for uploading new pictures. Back from Germany there was a week left for me to leave my hometown to Madrid, where I currently live and study. This first week I had to get used to my new schedule and life. However, I'm back here, ready to post new material from my capital city. We cannot forget that the Fashion Week is currently taking place here in Madrid so I might go this week and dedicate a post to this event. In the meantime, I'll let you some pictures from my trip to Finland and Bielefeld and I will be back this week with my outfit's photos. Enjoy! ♥

Tras volver de Madrid de haber vuelto de Finlandia no he dispuesto del tiempo necesario para subir nuevo material puesto que solo faltaban un par de días antes de viajar a Alemania (Bielefeld) con una beca de alemán. Allí no tenía mucho tiempo libre para usar el ordenador y, por tanto, me he visto obligada a retrasar un poco esto. Una vez de vuelta en España, solo una semana más y me vendría aquí a Madrid, por lo que, entre preparativos y pasar el tiempo con mis amigos; no dediqué un rato a esto. Una semana de acostumbrarme a mi nueva rutina y vida y ahora ya puedo volver a publicar. No olvidemos que la Fashion Week está teniendo ahora lugar en la capital por lo que, quizás vaya esta semana y dedique un post a ello. 21. Born to blossom, bloom to perish.

Outfit for going to have lunch with my family

 Today we went to have lunch all together to a small town in the nearby. Although the sun didn't shine, it didn't rain either so it wasn't such a bad day. The meal was excellent and we had a really good time. So here is my outfit for today!

Outfit's description

I bought these scruffy jeans that looked as if they were losing their color last saturday in BERSHKA (yeah, sales are here! Shopping all day, all night♥) they are tight and high waisted and I'm so happy to have them!

The basic grey t-shirt is from ZARA and the black denim crop top is from NEW YORKER. The black blazer is from BERSHKA too. 

I believe blazers give every look an elegant and trendy style which goes well with every outfit, blazers are so fashionable, I adore them!

Shoes & Accesories

I'm wearing VANS and my well known sunglasses.

The handbag has already been posted on former looks but today I'm presenting it properly. As you can see it's got three pockets, the first one and the last one are black but the one in the middle has got a lovely print which gives it a fresh and funny touch. It's comfortable and I can take everything I need in it since it is pretty spacious. It's from MARY PAZ.

13.Hit the Street

Street Wear

I wanted to post one of my street everyday styles, so here it is.

Accesories and boots

The Snapback is from Billabong and the boots aren't Dr. Martens in fact they are really reinforced with a metal piece so they're quite heavy and I had to get used to them when I bought them long ago. Still they look REALLY COOL.

Pieces of clothing

The highwaisted shorts are from Bershka and I bought them last summer because I fell in love with the laced details on the pockets. 

The denim vest is from Zara (a quite basic one) and the jacket underneath it is from Pimkie.

Full body image

 The top is actually the only thing which is brand new in this outfit, my mom bought it for me last saturday in New Yorker, she definitely knows what I love ♥ it is a short tank suitable for high waisted things or normal trousers and showing the belly button.
The tights are from Primark.

 I have no idea where are the sunglasses from, they are my mom's.

9.Zara Blouse

Now I'm posting a quick update of a blouse/dress/shirt my mom bought a few weeks ago in ZARA.

Here in the pictures you can see you can wear it either with tights (which is how wear it in public) or if you dare to, without them.

4.My Promotion Outfit.

Wide belt to unify both part.

My Prom's Outfit

As I promised, this is how I went to my promotion last Friday. I wanted an elegant look but not too excesive for the occasion. 

Consequently, after spending hours and days window-shopping in the nearest shopping mall with my friends, I went once with my mom and found this absolutely perfect set of clothing which I bought in PIMKIE. It consisted of:

Como prometí, aquí está mi atuendo para mi graduación el pasado viernes. Buscaba algo elegante pero no demasiado recargar y que me valiese para más días. Tras varias jornadas de compras y buscando sin encontrar, fui con mi madre al centro comercial de los alrededores y encontré el conjunto ideal en PIMKIE:

Outfit pieces of clothing:

-A floral, floaty, high waisted skirt which I fell in love with because of its colors, the pale pink, violet and light blue are harmonic and reflected what I looked for: a smart look which suited a scholar girl.

-A sleeveless, white blouse with an ornamented collar that made looking for a necklace needless.

-Una falda de tiro algo con vuelo y estampado de flores que me enamoró por los colores, los pasteles con el azul me parecieron tan elegantes y con clase que ♥.
-Una camisa sin tirantes con un decorado de abalorios en el cuello por lo que no necesité buscar un collar para el conjunto.

Details and positive aspects:

Both pieces of my outfit were united by a peach, wide belt which I tied to my waist height helping to remark my figure.

All in all, since I am a tall girl (1,75m) the high waisted, floaty skirt plus the wide belt waist heighted emphasized the lenght of my legs. This is a piece of advice, which I would take notice of if I were you: if you have long legs, wearing high wasted clothing higlights the lenght of you legs making them look prettier.

The shoes I matched this look with I will post them in further days since I wasn't able to take them a picture because I was in a hurry. I will also post the make up I wore. The jacket was just an ordinary peach blazer.

Los uní con un cinturón ancho a la altura de la cintura de color naranja pálido. Las cosas de tiro algo remarcan la figura y el conjunto hacía mis piernas destacar por su largura. Por ello el tiro alto es una gran opción para las chicas altas. Los zapatos los pondré en una entrada posterior y la chaqueta era una americana corta de color naranja pálido. No pude sacarme fotos con ella porque llegaba tarde.

Overall result:

This outfit was perfect for my promotion day since it was appropiate for the celebration: it wasn't too opulent nor was it lame. It was just perfect for the day because of its colors which were innocent and fresh just what a good girl would wear. And it really suited me I didn't want to wear a wedding dress but I also didn't liked the idea of dressing as if it was an ordinary Saturday.

Fue perfecto para mi graduación por no ser demasiado recargado ni demasiado soso. Los colores inocentes y frescos eran perfectos para una graduada. Me encantó.

2.Pure Spring Outfit

Spring Outfit, why?

Attuned to what season we are in here in Spain, my first post will be a pure spring white look.

When the sun shines and everything is green, white goes in perfect harmony with the atmosphere. I am blonde and quite pale, that's why I decided to try a intense red lipstick for this photos I took this week.

Acorde con la temporada, este post es un atuendo totalmente primaveral. Cuando hace sol y todo florece y está verde, me encanta la ropa blanca que va en armonía con el aire que se respira. Soy rubia y bastante pálida por lo que probé con un rojo intenso para estas fotos.

Description of the look

This outfit makes me think of happy times with no worries, a prelude to summer and give a really fresh look to anyone wearing it.

I decided to combine it with this straw hat which is suitable for going to the beach. The apple was to simbolize spring. The white t-shirt is one of my favorite for its filmy look. The tights have this nebula print that match the filmy fabric of the shirt.

Este look me hace pensar en días alegres, un preludio del verano que da un toque muy fresco y libre a cualquiera que lo lleve. Decidí combinarlo con un sombrero de paja que es perfecto para la playa. La manzana simboliza la primavera. Me encanta la camisa por su tejido vaporos y los leggings por el estampado de nebulosa que pega a la perfección con la tela de la blusa.
